WORLD-CLASS RODEO
Who needs a mechanical bull when we got the real deal right here at MDCountryFest! Watch the excitement unfold in rodeo’s most popular competitions including bareback riding, saddled bronco, bull riding, steer wrestling, roping, barrel racing and more! From the cowboys & cowgirls to the bulls & horses – these athletes are at the top of their game.
Admission to the CountryFest grounds is free with registration. Guaranteed seats in the Rodeo Arena start at $25 and are limited each day. These will sell out.
CATTLE EXHIBITION
Get up close to some of the finest Brahman cattle from around the world, brought to you by Moreno Ranches. This is your chance to not only learn about the importance of cattle farming but also to see how it plays a key role in providing food and resources for our communities.
The award-winning Brahman cattle will be showcased throughout MDCountryFest, providing a rare opportunity to interact, learn, and explore the world of cattle farming firsthand!
MUTTON BUSTIN'
Make no mistake, you’ve never witnessed anything like Mutton Bustin’! Kids hang on for their chance to win “The Golden Buckle” as they ride the wildest muttons this side of the Mississippi. Kids from age 5 to 7 are invited to apply for a few limited slots for each day. The Bustin’ takes place each day right before the rodeo.

FARMVILLE
Farmville is a great way to introduce life on the farm to the eager younger generation. Six unique areas will spark interest in kids of all ages. Most activities are free while some may require additional fees. This year, Farmville is proud to present:

PORKY'S CIRCUIT
Get ready for some squealing fun as speedy little piglets race to the finish line in Porky’s Circuit! Watch these adorable athletes dash, swim, and compete for victory while you cheer them on from the sidelines. With races at 12 PM, 2 PM, 4 PM, and 6 PM, there are plenty of chances to catch the excitement. Don’t miss out—join the fun inside the Pioneer Playzone!
